The module guides students in defining corporate development strategies and redesigning the supply of goods and services accordingly. It focuses on aligning technical and commercial perspectives into a coherent vision of innovation, while strengthening participants' personal capacity to generate creative and effective ideas that can drive meaningful change in agricultural business contexts.
