The AGRITECH EU partners recently gathered in Spain for a productive two-days meeting hosted by the University of Almería (UAL), to take stock of progress and look ahead to future developments
Co-funded by the European Union, AGRITECH EU promotes innovation in agricultural education through the development of competence-based training and the integration of digital technologies in rural contexts.
During the meeting (27–28 May), the consortium:
✅ Reviewed the status of project activities and financial reporting
✅ Shared national experiences in implementing training courses across 6 countries
✅ Presented the first demonstrators of the Rural Labs
✅ Visited UAL’s high-tech greenhouses, including immersive AR/VR experiences
✅ Discussed future steps and the design of AGRITECH EU II
